Guidelines

1) Give out your name and Dial In ID number to all of your clients.
2) Let them know approximately when you are available.
3) Ask them and write down their first name and birth date (if appropriate).
4) Keep good notes on all of your calls. The user notes in your transaction section of your Click4advisor account are very good for this. Previous call information is right at your fingertips when you want to send out "Its been a while since you've had a reading" emails."
5) E-mail a thank you note along with a specific and positive personal comment from your readings to all of your clients, ONLY through the Click4Advisor system, when you have finished working each day. Make sure you sign all your emails with BOTH your advisor name and dial in ID#.
6) Always email your clients after a missed call, missed request or an unusual disconnect and let them know to try you back, that you are available now or when you will be available again.
7) Always email us right away explaining what happened on missed or dropped calls.
8) Barring an emergency, please wait at least 15 minutes after your last call before you log off. This allows time for the caller to call back if they wish and also allows any requests to come through before you log off.
9) Log on as much as possible.
10) Answer your phone by no later than the end of the 2nd ring.
11) Take the phone with you when you leave your reading area or log off until you return.
11) Log off when you are not available to take calls.
12) Act professional and be courteous to all of your clients.
13) Do your best to maintain at least a 20-minute call length average.
14) At the end of a productive reading, encourage your client to leave positive feedback for you. To do this, e-mail them ONLY through our system, your unique feedback web page address, along with a thank you for calling and write something positive and specific from your last reading with him or her.
15) Always let us know by phone when you will not be working for two (2) straight days or more. In this way, we will be able to assist clients who might be looking for you.
Don'ts:
1) Never ask a client for money for ANY reason.
2) Never tell the client to contact you "on the side."
3) Never contact a client "on the side."
4) Never tell a client that someone has placed a spell on them.
5) Never ask or accept the clients personal e-mail address, physical address or phone number. When emailing your client through the Click4Advisor site, no blogging or providing links to your personal blog.
6) Never give out free minutes to a client.
7) Never place a client on hold.
8) Never change ANY information on the Click4Advisor log in page. This includes, but is not limited to your password, Dial In PIN, e-mail address and anything in the advisor profile. Don't surf around the site. Go in, do what you are there to do and nothing more.
9) Never touch "weekly availability settings."
10) Do not post a schedule.
11) Never sugarcoat a reading to reflect what you think your client wants to hear. Rather, always be honest and caring with your clients.
12) Never say anything negative in regard to a fellow psychic.
13) Never give a reading through the Click4advisor e-mail system or through any e-mails. Encourage your clients to call you when you are logged on.
14) Never log on to our website and another simultaneously. Doing so could result in your being deleted from our psychic line and any others using the click system. Always set separate hours for each psychic line you work with.
15) Never stay on an incoming call that comes in on your system phone while you are logged on. Tell the person you will call right back, hang up, log off the system and then call the person back. A missed call because of a busy signal is UNACCEPTABLE.
16) Never send a client an e-mail just asking for a feedback.
17) Never let more than two (2) straight days pass without logging on unless you make prior arrangements with management.
